Yes, that is an old bus behind us
We have a new taiko player!
After Georgie leaving last year, we invited Alison’s 2taiko partner, Yumi Célia, to join us. Given the logistics, it took a while to organise, but last week all the stars aligned and she travelled from Chamonix in France to join us for rehearsals in Glasgow.
Yumi is a natural addition to the band, so we’re back in action! Or, at least, we will be when she comes back next spring for more rehearsals and—at long last—a wee gig.
